As a native of North Carolina, Dr. Alexander is delighted to continue to live and serve patients in the Raleigh area.  After growing up in Charlotte and attending Hampden-Sydney College, he completed his graduate and post-graduate training at Wake Forest University School of Medicine in Winston-Salem, NC.

Rich Alexander, MD, PhD, MBA has been trained in all aspects of general otolaryngology with special interests in sinus surgery, thyroid surgery, salivary gland surgery, allergy, and head and neck cancers.
