Dr. Holmes is a board-certified Otolaryngologist who specializes in the diagnosis and treatment of ear, nose throat, head, and neck disorders for children and adults.
He has over 30 years experience providing expert ENT care in the military (retired USAF Colonel), in academia (UNC-Chapel Hill), and in private practice in Raleigh, NC.
After UNC-CH undergraduate and medical school, Dr. Holmes completed his formal ENT training in Iowa at the nation’s #1 program and an intense fellowship year in pediatric ENT at Cincinnati Children’s Hospital. In short, he has seen and done it all and brings the highest level of dedication and expertise to his adult and pediatric patients in NC.
Dr. Holmes provides compassionate, painless, quality care to achieve an accurate diagnosis and effective recommendations.

Dr. Camilo Fernandez-Salvador was born in Quito, Ecuador and completed undergraduate education at Florida Atlantic University. He obtained his medical degree at Florida State University College of Medicine in 2014. After medical school Dr. Fernandez-Salvador completed Otolaryngology residency at Tripler Army Medical Center in Honolulu, HI in 2019.
Dr. Fernandez-Salvador is a board certified Otolaryngologist. He is currently serving active duty as a Major in the U.S Army. He is a staff Otolaryngologist at Womack Army Medical Center in Ft. Bragg, NC. Dr. Fernandez-Salvador resides in NC with his wife, and enjoys life with his two sons.
Dr. Fernandez-Salvador is driven by the bonds he builds with his patients and strives to provide detail and compassionate medical care.

Our audiologists are trained in the evaluation and treatment of hearing, listening, tinnitus, and balance in adults, children, and infants.
We provide Lyric™ hearing aids, administer tests of balance to evaluate dizziness, assess tinnitus, and more.
Dr. Quiller received his Bachelor’s degree from NC State University and his Doctor of Audiology degree from Auburn University. He has been providing hearing, tinnitus, and balance healthcare since 2008. Dr. Quiller believes that education enables patients to make confident informed decisions about their health. He promotes innovative solutions using the latest advancements in science and technology. Dr. Quiller finds great satisfaction when he is able to help a healthcare practice deliver high-quality care efficiently.
Dr. Sprague is originally from Maryland. She received her Bachelor’s degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders with a minor in Special Education from James Madison University. Dr. Sprague moved to North Carolina to complete her Doctorate in Audiology at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. Prior to joining ENT & Audiology Associates, Dr. Sprague worked as an educational audiologist for Wake County Public Schools and served as a clinical audiologist at several ENT practices. Her areas of professional interest include pediatrics, hearing aids and assistive listening devices.
Dr. Holmes received her Bachelors and Masters degrees from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. She received her Doctorate in Audiology from A.T. Still University, Arizona School of Health Sciences. She practiced as an educational audiologist for the Wake County Public School System for 8 years where she gained extensive experience in pediatric testing, educational impact of hearing loss, classroom management for children with hearing loss, aural rehabilitation, hearing aids, assistive listening devices, and central auditory processing. She also taught Introduction to Audiology at NC State University for 5 years. Since 1996, Dr. Holmes has practiced in medical settings. She and her husband, otolaryngologist Dr. Douglas Holmes, established ENT & Audiology Associates in 1999. In addition to pediatric evaluations, she is the practice administrator.
