Regarding Telemedicine

Telemedicine appointments are not available at this time. A thorough examination, accurate diagnosis, and effective treatment plan require an in-person consultation.

Please note: a visit authorization is required from your primary care provider for Medical Carolina Access, Tricare/Humana Military, and UHC Compass. 

Contact us if your insurance is not listed here. If we are not in-network, a deposit will be required to cover the cost of your care. We will file your insurance as a courtesy and refund you if and when we receive comparable payment from your insurance company.
