COVID Policy (effective 2/1/2023)
A mask covering BOTH the nose and mouth must be worn at all times in the office for those over the age of 2, except during examination by Dr. Holmes.
All of our staff are fully vaccinated and always masked. We disinfect rooms between patients and control for social distancing. We are committed to excellence in all aspects of patient care and to the health and prosperity of our community!

New and existing patients can use the Patient Portal to request ENT & Audiology appointments, see test results, securely communicate with doctors and staff, find visit notes, make online payments, and review appointment & payment history.
Telemedicine appointments are not available at this time. A thorough examination, accurate diagnosis, and effective treatment plan require an in-person consultation.
Please note: a visit authorization is required from your primary care provider for Medical Carolina Access, Tricare/Humana Military, and UHC Compass.
We do not accept Aetna Select. Contact us if your insurance is not listed here. If we are not in-network, a deposit will be required to cover the cost of your care. We will file your insurance as a courtesy and refund you if and when we receive comparable payment from your insurance company.
