You may request an appointment anytime by filling out our contact form. One of our team members will call or email you to confirm the date and time you requested, offer alternative dates and times that accommodate your schedule, and answer any questions or concerns you may have before your appointment.

Dr. Douglas Holmes sees patients in the office all day Monday and Wednesday and on Friday morning.

Contact us if your insurance is not listed here. If we are not in-network, a deposit will be required to cover the cost of your care. We will file your insurance as a courtesy and refund you if and when we receive comparable payment from your insurance company.
